Hi. I’m Nicole. I lead nurses for a living, and some days I genuinely don’t know how I’m still standing.
If you’re here, you probably know the feeling. You became a nurse to help people. Then somehow you ended up in charge of a whole team, drowning in staffing drama, call-outs, and emails that could’ve been a text — while still being expected to smile and inspire everyone around you.
Yeah. Same.
Vibecraft RN exists because nobody talks honestly about what it’s actually like to lead in nursing. The burnout is real. The emotional labor is brutal. And the advice you usually get? Some version of “practice self-care” delivered by someone who’s never worked a 12-hour shift short-staffed.
No thanks.
This is a space for nurse leaders who are tired of pretending everything is fine. Where we talk about what’s actually hard, what actually helps, and how to lead people well without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to love every day. You just have to figure out how to get through it — and maybe even find some moments that don’t completely suck.
I’m here for that. Let’s go.
